- Open PSCA website: https://echallan.psca.gop.pk

Step 1: Download ePay Punjab Mobile App
- First of all, download the ePay Punjab application from Google Play Store or Apple Store on your mobile.
- Once the application is downloaded, first log in to your account, remember if you do not have an account, then first create your account by clicking on the register button
Step 2: Go to the “Department” Section
- Once you log in to your account, first open the Departments section.
- Within the Departments section, open the Punjab Police section.
Step 3: Select “E-Challan (Safe City)”
