New Phase of Benazir Kafalat Instalment
An important announcement has been made for all women associated with the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP). The Government of Pakistan has confirmed that the new payments of the Benazir Kafalat Program under the third and final phase are being started regularly from Wednesday, November 5. This installment covers the period of July to September 2025 and aims to provide financial rights to deserving women.

Start Of Payments And Procedure
According to the BISP administration, this time the funds will be disbursed through campsites (payment centers). All female beneficiaries have been requested to visit the nearest campsite with their original identity cards to receive their money. BISP has made special arrangements to make the payment process transparent, organized and secure. To facilitate women, there will be shaded areas, drinking water, and seating arrangements at each center.
Installment Amount and Important Information
- This time, the installment of the Benazir Kafalat Program has been fixed at Rs. 13,500.
- This payment will be given only under the Kafalat Program.
- BISP has clarified that educational scholarships for children will not be included with this installment. Educational scholarships will be released in a later phase.

Important Instructions For Receiving Money
Some important instructions have been issued for all female beneficiaries so that they can receive their money easily.
- Receive the money only from the government campsite.
- Be sure to carry the original CNIC with you.
- Make biometric verification mandatory at the time of payment.
- Do not pay any money or commission to any unrelated person or agent.
- Be sure to get a receipt after receiving the money.
- If there is a problem with the biometric, seek help from the concerned representative.
BISP’s Special Facility for Women
- BISP has announced that all measures have been completed for the respect and convenience of women in this phase.
- Female staff have also been deployed at the campsites so that deserving women can get guidance easily.
